Who Is Crystal L. Murray

Her innate ability to inspire, empower and encourage others has catapulted them to monumental success, often beyond their wildest dreams. For Crystal Murray, certified master life coach, coach trainer, motivational speaker and now author, life alone isn’t enough. While many people are content with existence, she works diligently to cultivate and maintain a life worth living—and equips others to do the same. Whether working with individuals on strategic planning for their annual goals and visions, teaching others to become coaches or helping clientele improve their overall health and wellness, Crystal is committed to helping others not only reach their milestones—but exceed them.
For over 30 years, she has served as a coach and confidant to many, both professionally and personally. In addition to her integrity, character and natural intuition, clients are often drawn to her wisdom and insight, which spans far beyond her years. And while most people gain gratification from personal dream fulfillment, Crystal is most rewarded by witnessing others soar beyond their comfort zone—leading them into a life of wholeness and achievement.
Because of her passion to see others make long-term, positive change in their lives, she formed Life Worth Living International, LLC. Through her company, she offers both professional and personal goalsetting and strategy sessions where clients gain enrichment and education to not only excel to the next level—but to successfully outshine the competition once they’re in position.
Crystal hosts a weekly podcast on Tuesdays, helpful how-to videos on multiple platforms, often collaborating with industry colleagues who add greater to the content. Crystal recently experienced the sudden passing of her husband of 26 years and is adding grief coaching to help others overcome their losses. She has two adult sons, James and Justin.
In addition to her excellence in customer service, her clients often rave about her quality, standards and professionalism, flexibility and exemplary care for their individual needs—long after they’ve completed their time together.
